J.S.Withington writes to Amos A. Phelps regarding Phelps taking over as editor for the New England Spectator. He writes that the old editor will be leaving Boston and wants Phelps to take over his job duties with an increase in salary. He asks Phelps to write him on his opinion of the matter.
