Rebecca Moore writes to Mary Anne Estlin in regards to her recollection of the Conference that both John Bishop Estlin and George Thompson spoke. She writes that she believes George Thompson speech was given before Mr. Bishop withdrew his amendment but not until after a few abolitionists had spoken. She discusses the confusion about the order of events at the Conference. She writes that Mrs. Nichols cannot believe George Thompson has changed "in feeling towards the Am. Ass. & its friends." She gives Mrs. Nichols thoughts on the Conference events. She also includes Mr. James' thoughts on the report that "he does not remmeber any of the last portion of the reported speech, only the substance of what refers to the Am. A.S.S."
